We made this new mat to the same specifications as our black tray liner mat - but with the added advantage of being clear / transparent.
One side of the mat has a frosted non slip type finish whereas the other is shiny and slick. This makes it perfect to use like a resuable tracing paper for free-form resin work or piping royal icing / chocololate. It does however make it very difficult to photograph as it is hard to see on my white background !
To give an example, I've placed a printed A4 colouring sheet beneath and used a coloured card to photograph on to enable you to see how well the details shine through.....

Heavy duty, flexible and non stick silicone baking sheet / tray liner. Ideal for baking biscuits, cooking meat / and fish / etc on. Use in place of greaseproof paper or foil on your baking tray.
Roll your dough / icing on it (corn starch or icing sugar required for rolling). Put it on the base of a swiss roll tin and once sponge has cooked and cooled, use it for rolling up.
Revamp those jaded old baking trays.
In some of the pictures, you will see some double chocolate rum and raising truffle logs. I put them to set on normal baking parchment and they were so fragile they broke trying to get them off. On the silicone sheets however, they lifted off a dream.....
