Make 6 heart shaped cakes , jellies or soaps each time with these fantastic non stick silicone moulds.
Melt white couveture chocolate in 30 sec bursts in a plastic bowl in themicrowave, stirring each time. When 1/2 melted - take out and KEEP stirring until all the chocolate melts. Add in some dried raspberries and fill each cell 50% full. Scatter a few more raspberry pieces on top to finish. These weigh approx 40g each
For soap, this makes a good sized bath soap. Of course, if you want something the same width for a hand soap - just don't fill the whole mould.
Personally, it's one of my favourites - pretty and simple. It makes a good chunky soap without being so big that it's awkward to hold.
For cakes, Ice with pre rolled icing and those little metallic sugar balls - or dress with seasonal berries or even rose petals painted in egg white then dusted in icing sugar and left to dry. Try sparking wine jellies for spectacular dinner party finales !
