This professional grade silicone chocolate bar mould has been made (like our other chocolate moulds) with a shiny interior finish to put a high gloss polish on your finished chocolates.
Each mould makes 10 x 35 gram (chocolate weight) sectional finger type bars.
Makes bars with overall size : 115mm x 23mm x 13.5mm
The bars made in our moulds release so easily. Whether you leave the chocolate unadulterated or add fruit / nuts / candy - they are a delight to eat and make stunning gifts wrapped simply in some cellophane.
Made from food grade silicone that can withstand temperatures of -40deg C to +260deg. Oven, freezer and microwave safe !
The chocolate bars shown are NOT included with the purchase of this mould. They are ones I created purely to show what can easily be produced in this mould.
