This is our LIFESIZE Horse shoes mould which produces a chocolate bars with approximate weight of 62g.
These horse shoes are amazingly detailed with chamfered edges, toe clips and markings as if for nail holes. The silver coloured one you see in the photo IS a chocolate shoe which has been dusted with lustre dusts. It looked so real, that when I gave it to my farrier at first, he thought it was a racing shoe (due to the weight) until on closer inspection it started melting in his hand !

If using with flower paste, either lightly grease with trex before use or dust with cornflour.

Finished chocolates literally pop out the mold. No whacking it on a worktop as you sometimes need to do with polycarbonate moulds and these don't crack either.
