These moulds are very flexible and you do need to put them on a baking sheet in the oven. Two moulds (6 puds) will generally fit on a standard baking sheet
Yorkshire puds took 14 mins to cook. ONE was PLENTY per person served alongside roast chicken, mash and gravy :-) Cooked size 135mm dia x 60mm high.
