Whether you use it for levelling ganche on a cake or cake batter in a pan - or even screeding cement / resin ... you'll soon never want to be without it.

Great spatula well made and 101 uses

To be honest i bought this to.make up the spend on my order to get free postage and wasn't expecting much as it was a reduced item and only 99p BUT this spatula is amazing and way better than a traditional shaped silicone spatula. It's really well made and the flat edge end is tapered and gets right into the corners of my square pan/came tin. The silicone end is thicker than traditional spatula too (but still just as flexible) which means you can get better leverage with thicker batters such as brownies when leve!ing out, it's great for stir frying, cleaning up spills like a squeegy, tabling chocolate when tempering., My husband paints and models and he even said he might steal it for that...........you get the idea.
In short BUY this!!!! It looks weird but is amazingly useful and way better than the traditional shaped ones. I am going to buy more right now.
