Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment by Paypal to sales@siliconemoulds.com is also acceptable. UK Payments can also be made by a cheque made payable to ‘Templeton Tools & Machinery Ltd’. Cheques must clear the bank before goods can be dispatched. UK electronic bank transfers are acceptable. There may be a small charge to cover any bank charge on non-UK transfers.
For orders outside the UK, Paypal and credit / debit cards are our only accepted means of payment.
We do not back-order any items. In the unlikely event that any items you order are out of stock, wewill inform you and credit as soon as possible.
You may send your credit card information by phone, fax, post or via our secure website checkout.
The web-site will generate an automatic confirmation of your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. The order may be cancelled at this point without penalty.
Shipping And Handling
Because of the wide variety of products, we are unable to define carriage charges in advance. We will e-mail you the total invoice value, including carriage, when the items are packed and an accurate carriage charge can be applied. We have provided sample charges in the 'Shipping Charges' page. If you require a carriage cost estimate prior to placing your order, please contact us and we will provide details. The final cost is calculated when the goods are packed, so that we can charge an accurate amount. Charges are based on the actual weight, size of the shipment and delivery postcode. All prices quoted are 'economy'. Any extras/surcharges imposed by the carrier due to change of delivery address, upgrade in service, carrier's inability to contact, inaccessibility for delivery, or errors given in delivery address may be passed on to customer. Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch, without penalty, should the delivery charge be unacceptable.
Delivery
Availability of goods are generally shown on our website. Unless items are noted as being out of stock, they are generally available although this cannot always be guaranteed. We shall endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days of the consumer’s acceptance of quoted delivery charges. All orders are manually processed, and if any items are out of stock - we do inform the consumer before the order is processed. The order may be cancelled at this point without penalty.
It is preferable that UK orders requiring next working day delivery courier service are placed by phone as our standard despatch method is FIRST CLASS POST.
Next day delivery service is not available for outside the UK
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Any claims for short delivery or damage in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours (1 working day) of receipt of goods
Use of Silicone Moulds & Other Items
Templeton Tools and Machinery Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for any item incorrectly used. The company has no control over how the consumer chooses to use such items.
Warranty
This covers manufacturing faults only and cannot exceed the price of the item purchased. The customer is requested to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible, and should fault in the product be found we should be advised of such fault as soon as reasonably possible. Should a manufacturing fault/defect become apparent, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Warranty does not cover miss-use of product, e.g. splitting due to lifting full moulds by lip rather tha baking tray, through miss-use or ignorance of correct use.
Privacy Policy
Templeton Tools and Machinery Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment - such as to the delivering courier. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store delivery addresses. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL encryption. You will see the "padlock" on the checkout pages that require you to enter sensitive information such as credit card details.
VAT
The prices listed on our website www.naturalheating.co.uk , include VAT at the UK and European national rate of 17.5% unless stated otherwise.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns outside this period are at the discretion of the company and may be subject to 15% handling / restocking charge. All returns are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's duty to make sure the goods are covered for insurance during return transit. We are unable to refund carriage charges on the initial order or return carriage charges. We are aware of and comply with the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations.
Items ill only be accepted fo return if they are in new, unused condition complete with tags and original packaging (fit for resale).
Liability
Templeton Tools and Machinery Ltd is insured against loss or injury through any negligence on behalf of the company.
Legal
We will try and resolve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any further proceedings must be within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
