This silicone bakeware mould is ideal for use with chocolate, sugarpaste and hard candy. Try adding a small amount of Starbucks Vie into your tempered chocolate before pouring for delicious results. They're lovely to serve with coffee or use to decorate a cake. I used some edible lustre dust to give some a metallic finish
This mould has 30 cells.
Each cell can create a chocolate bean 15mm x 21mm x 8mm. Weight in chocolate is approx 2g per bean
