Make 12 standard size muffins or cupcakes each time with these fantastic non stick silicone moulds. Muffins are a dawdle to make - fast, easy and delicious. Super snack, cake day at work, lunch box or weekend treat.
Large range of paper cases (50mm base size) to fit these are available from thePAPER CASE / LINERSsection of this website
No paper cases required and easy washing up ! However, paper cases may be used if so desired - especially if you wish to make cup cakes and frost liberally - makes them much easier to handle when icing. Greasing and flouring is advised when making cakes in moulds (just like traditional non-stick bakeware tins for the first few uses) for cakes, but is not required with pastries.
Fab for Christmas mince pies. I also use mine to make individual stuffing parcels - ie line with bacon, pile in sausagemeat stuffing and fold bacon over the top. You can freeze and then cook a whole tray like that, or remove however many you need at a time and put them individually on a silicone baking sheet into the oven
I've had fab results too making cookie cups. You can then fill these with frosting or a big scoop of ice cream. Yummy. See my cookie cups here :http://siliconemoulds.blogspot.com/2011/04/peanut-butter-cookie-cups-two-ways.html
